How to improve plumbing websites. Here’s Ricks Plumbing website. This could help a Citrus County business. Looks like they have a highly competitive area. Guessing they spend about $400 to $600 a month in paid ads. Let’s check out the website. I’m using Chrome browser and right off I’m getting an SSL error. Uh that’s a huge problem. Whatever ad spend they have, they’re just it’s just flushed down the toilet. Easy fix. Just get an SSL right away. I’m going to bypass the security error and see what we see. In my opinion, it looks like they have a bare minimum thin template just to get by. Um, reminds me of websites from 2008. The logo is too small. It’s combined with the phone number. The dot .tel phone needs to be right someplace where people can click to call.
Instead of paying for ads. Maybe investing in a better platform because this one isn’t working. We could probably add a call to action and a request a quote button to convert traffic could probably help them too. All right, looking at the code, they could definitely edit the page mated titles, names, descriptions. They should adjust that. Um, that could definitely help them in search engines. No doubt about that.
Okay, so working with what they have, not changing the platform or anything else. This here’s kind of what it looks like with the .tel, logo bigger, the call to action, and some social media for marketing. I think this can probably help them better. That’s about it. I think the last thing that this business wants to hear is they need a website redesign, but spending on paid ads isn’t really helping them.
Here’s a competitor’s website. Same service, same location. In my opinion, this checks all the boxes. It’s credible. It looks clean. It’s modern. using WordPress, so they can manage it pretty easily.
